Egypt World Tours Contract:

Your contract will be with Egypt World Tours, an Egyptian tour operator licensed since ….. . Egypt World Tours is a member of the Egyptian Travel Agent Association (ETAA), the International Air Transport Association (IATA) & the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA).

Securing your Booking: 

For Egypt World Tours to be able to secure your booking, we will need to be informed of your request. Once announced, a company representative shall contact you to sort out the details & finalize your travel agreement, sending you your trip itinerary as a final confirmation. Once all the above points are confirmed, the next step will be paying the deposit, which can be quickly done via direct wire transfer or credit/debit card. 

Amendments by the Client:

Any fulfillment of the adjustments to the original booking will depend on availability. Once the full payment has been received, or the voucher has been issued, no further administrative fees shall apply except for changes regarding your air travel tickets.

Payment/Booking Policy:

We offer a down payment of just 10% to secure your spaces on tour, including hotel room, cruise cabin, domestic flight ticket, and other travel-related services. The remaining balance can be paid up to two days before your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to your tour manager, making your booking a risk-free investment.

Credit Card Payments:

 If you opt to pay using a credit card & according to your bank regulations, some documents are needed to facilitate our accountant charging your credit card for the service provided as agreed upon. To make the sending of the documents more accessible, they can either be faxed or emailed to Egypt World Tours or, upon your arrival at the airport of your destination, handed over to our representative. It is a crucial step as we need it to be able to complete your request. The documents required are: 

A signed authorization letter to Egypt World Tours allows the withdrawal of the required amount from your credit card, and the signature must match that appearing on your credit card and passport.

Monthly installments: 

In our constant efforts to remove all travel obstacles, We offer you a new payment plan that allows you to pay for your tours, Nie cruises & other travel packages in monthly installments. An agreed-upon installment will be paid monthly, determined by the total cost of the tour. The deposit can be paid in 6 monthly installments in the 6 months before your arrival or

alternatively, be paid in cash or credit/debit cards upon arrival at your destination by our representative. 

Cancellation Policy (Exclude Peak Period):

Here at Egypt World Tours, we prioritize your well-being and safety above all else, so we have adapted our cancellation policy to reflect our values.

All Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or emailed to provide the Company with written confirmation clearly stating the cancelation of your request.

In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

  • From the booking date until 61 days before your arrival date, 10% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 14 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the tour price will be charged.

Additionally, airlines charge fees for domestic and international flights, subject to the airline’s terms and conditions at the time of booking.

Cancellation for Christmas, New Year, and Easter time:

In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

  • From the booking date until 61 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 14 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Force Majeure: 

Egypt World Tours offers a flexible cancelation policy if the government or the airline issues a travel warning from/to your departure country and destination. If this happens, we will refund you the amount paid for the tour package. In some cases, your payment will be available as future travel credit and travel vouchers that can be used towards any of the destinations we operate tours in. You can apply this amount towards new travel services booked within 12 months. Change/cancelation fees will only apply for flights per the airline’s terms & conditions.

Refunds:

A refund will usually be made to the same account and using the same method used for the original payment. Refunds are only possible if no existing reservation can be found. 

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Accommodation:

Unless otherwise stated, prices are based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing). Rooms for single occupants are available with an additional supplementary rate. Hotels and lodges are named as an indication of quality, and rooms may be reserved at an establishment of similar quality. Published prices include tariffs and other costs at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.

Flights:

Domestic Flights:

We quote the average price of flights with approximate timings. Requests for specific flight times or changes to previously booked reservations may result in changes to the total cost of the package.

International Flights:

Preferred rates are available from your origin to any destination we operate tours in, and your travel consultant will book you the right flight to match your scheduled tour just in time at exceptional prices.

Responsibility:

The Company acts only within its capacity, liability & responsibility as a travel agency for the participants regarding their travel, whether by railroad, boat, aircraft, or any other mode of transport, and assumes no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes: 

Weather, acts of God, force majeure, government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labor disputes, riots, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines or actions of default, delays, cancellations, or changes made by any hotel, carrier, or restaurant. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses.

Special Requests:

If the Client has any special requests, he should inform the Company at the time of booking. The Company and its suppliers will try to satisfy such demands. Still, as these do not form part of the contract, the Company does not guarantee to do so as fulfilling them will be subject to availability, including for pre-bookable seats. If the Company confirms that a special request has been noted or passed on to the supplier or refers to it on the confirmation invoice or elsewhere, this is not a guarantee to fulfill it. The Client will only be notified explicitly if a special request can be met. The Company does not accept bookings, which are conditional on fulfilling any special request.

Children Policy, A Child Share Parents` Room:

• Policy 1: for packages, Nile cruises, and hotels

  • Under 2 years old: free of charge
  • Under 6 years old: 25% of the total tour cost for an individual
  • Under 12 years old: 50% of the total tour cost for an individual
  • All children 12 or older are considered adults.

An extra supplement for your child may apply if your tour package includes flights.

 

• Policy 2: for sightseeing tours & shore excursions

  • Under 6 years old: free of charge
  • Under 12 years old: 50% of the total tour cost for an individual
  • All children 12 or older are considered adults.

If your sightseeing tours include domestic flights or ferry boats, an extra supplement for your child may apply.

Tipping:

Tipping is customary and an expression of one’s satisfaction with the good services rendered to them by the fantastic staff that accompanied him on his journey; therefore, We advise you to feel free to tip as you see fit. It will be greatly appreciated by staff, but it is not an obligation.

Complaints:

If you have any complaints while you are at the destination, please notify the Company (Egypt World Tours) immediately because most problems can be solved quickly. If your problem persists, call the Customer Care Manager while you are still on your tour; after you return home if you are still unsatisfied with the service you received, you must write to Customer Care Management.

General Terms of Use:

A. Minors under the age of 18 shall be prohibited from registering as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website. 

B. If you pay for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secure connection. 

D. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

E. We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED, USD, EUR, and GBP. 

F. Multiple transactions/bookings may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Acceptance of the agreement:

The contract constituted by the Company’s acceptance of the Client’s booking, subject to these booking conditions, shall constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company. The payment of a deposit or final payment by bank transfer or credit card indicates that tour participants have read and accepted all terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
