In the morning, we’ll pick you up from your hotel in a private, air-conditioned vehicle to kick off your incredible tour.

First stop: Valley of the Kings. Here, you’ll explore the extraordinary tombs carved into the desert rocks, adorned with intricate decorations and treasures intended for the pharaohs’ afterlife. You’ll have the opportunity to visit three of these remarkable graves.

Afterward, we’ll pause for lunch to refuel and recharge. Enjoy a delicious meal of authentic Egyptian cuisine at a local restaurant (drinks not included).

Next on the itinerary is the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari. This majestic temple, dedicated to the only female pharaoh, Hatshepsut, rises from the desert plain in a series of terraces, blending harmoniously with the surrounding limestone cliffs.

Finally, you’ll visit the Statue of Memnon, two colossal stone statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III, erected to guard his funerary temple.

Payment

For entire trip including hotels and Nile cruises , we require a deposit of 30% to be paid in advance

Egypt World Tours offers several payment methods:

Once your Booking is confirmed , we will send you a Payment Link to make your payment secured.

2- Bank Transfer :
Upon confirming the booking, we will provide you with our Bank account details to make the Bank Transfer.

3-Payment Application Systems:
You can pay using any payment application such as: PayPal, Wise, Wire,…..etc

The rest of Payment , will be paid upon arrival to Egypt with any suitable payment method.

 

For the day tours trips and package does not include accommodation , payment can be done on the day of the tour by credit card or one of the previous payment methods.

 

 

Tipping

In Tourism industry, tipping represents one of the main sources of the income of the people who serve you.

In Egypt World Tours, we think that we provide you with a simple process that let you pay the tiiping amount at the time of the booking. Then , this amount  will be distributed among the local staff. Just enjoy your trip.

Extra Expenses

Extra personal expenses on the trip may include a food tour, alcoholic beverages, tipping, visa fees, recreational expenses, and other services not listed.

Children Policy

  • 00 to 5.99 years old – Free of charge sharing parents.
  • 06 to 11.99 years old – 50% of the adult price.
  • Over 12 years old – Regular adult price.

Cancellation Policy

The whole amount will be charged if canceled less than 20 days before the check-in date.

  • 50% of the whole amount will be charged if canceled  30  to 21  days before the check-in date.
  • 30% of the whole amout will be charged if canceled  40  to 31  days before the check-in date.
  • Free cancellation if canceled 50 to 41  days before the check-in date.

If you Cancel The Tour, do you Offer a Refund?

Yes, we will refund you based on our cancellation policy. The refund amount depends on the cancellation of the tour.
